Excellent product and very powerful jet. Only need to use on low setting, any higher and can be quite painful when the jet misses the teeth and hits the gums. Was over enthusiastic when used for the first time and overheated the unit. Unit stops and has to cool down for a couple of hours. Unit resets once it has had time to cool down. Highly recommended for oral health. Thank you.
