I didnt receive the parcel and refund.I open dispute.Seller admit via chat that they received the item back.Ask me to click return and refund if i want my money back.I open the dispute but not get the money.I asked for prove that they send me with my address but they refuse.After 10 years i purchase this is my 1st experience got cheated.Dispute team Ali express is horrible and not fair.They dont even ask evidence from seller which address they send the parcel.Even the seller has admit to me send me to wrong address.
